  • Contact information is invalid
  • Wrong number                                                                           
  • Non-Homeowner
  • Incorrect State selected by prospect
  • Does not meet your filter requirements
  • Language barrier
  • Unqualified Property Type

Leads must be submitted to returns@smartleadz.com with in (3) business days. SmartLeadz Quality Control will review each lead return and if it is determined that your claim is accurate you will receive email notification that your account has been credited.

Call center generated TM & Live Transfer Leads
 

Live Transfer Lead replacement requests are subject to verification by SmartLeadz, and must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the lead as dated on the lead and in our lead-tracking system. Leads can be submitted if any of the following conditions occur:

1. Didn't get the Lead on the phone at the Live Transfer . This would be reflected and verified in the Recording of the Agents Conversation in the 3-way with you and the Lead.

2.
Doesn’t Meet Your Filters - a lead outside of the stipulated filters set in your account per your last instruction via email or the Order Definition Form. Note that all changes to filters must be submitted by noon MST to be active the following day and that submission must be made via the Order Definition Form.

3. Foreign Language. Lead is Non-English speaking. Unless you have specified Spanish Speaking Leads.

4. Duplicate Lead - a lead received twice from SmartLeadz.

5. Recently Refinanced - a lead who refinanced within the past 90 days.

6. Technical Issues - includes, but is not limited to, faulty customer account status, or live transfer problems.

7. Not Qualified- includes, but is not limited to, a minor, doesn’t own a home, commercial loan or mobile/manufactured home.

Transfers will NOT be replaced if the reason given for credit is as follows:

1. Interest Rate Issues. Any lead who’s current rate you are unable to beat or who is rate shopping.

2. Opted Out Leads. Any lead who has changed their mind or is not interested in your particular offer after the Live Transfer was made.

3. Bad Credit. A lead with a low FICO, very bad credit, no available equity, or very low income.

4. Cannot contact Lead after Live Transfer has been made.
5.
After three (3) days.

6. Transfer made to a phone number that was not designated by the Member to make transfers to but which was accepted anyway by the Member.

7. Transfers made outside the designated time slotted to accept transfers but which were accepted by the Member anyway.

8. Any Transfer which was completed to the Member/Lender which results in the Member/Lender using the Lead to pull credit or which results in origination of a loan regardless of any other criteria of the Order Definition Form not being met.


SmartLeadz Return Process:

Our Refund System is automated however; every request for credit is reviewed. If you receive a lead that is eligible for return, please follow the steps below:

Submit all Requests for Credit by emailing the Lead ID # with a brief explanation to:
